The safety and well-being of both our Customers and our Team Members is always our top priority. We are committed to our customers in implementing best practices to prevent the spread of this disease so that we can be there to help when you need us the most. To help limit the spread of COVID-19 we will be practicing the LOCKED FRONT DOOR policy. This means that our office will be closed to the public, BUT we are still open and operating as usual. All our Staff will be keeping recommended safe social distance and will not be shaking hands with customers, as suggested by the Public Health Agency of Canada.

During this time of increased precautions to mitigate the spread of the Covid-19 virus in our community, we are asking members of the public to help us keep not only our staff safe, but to also keep in mind the families we serve as well.

If you, or someone you've been in close contact with, have recently travelled, we recommend that you do not attend visitation or services at the funeral home within the suggested 14 day period.  Gatherings will be limited to no more than 10 people as outlined by government guidelines. Those who do attend visitations or services should limit close contact with others, use the provided hand sanitizer and wash your hands before and after greetings. As an alternative, condolences can be left for families through our website at www.simpsonfuneralhome.ca. All you need to do is click the picture or name of the deceased, it will open up to the obituary were the banner to leave your condolences can be found. We make certain the family will receive your message.
