BRENDA MARY FRANCIS CHAPMAN
October 27, 1953 - August 17, 2014
Brenda Chapman, a resident of Gore Bay, passed away on Sunday, August 17, 2014 at the age of 60 years. Brenda was born in Sudbury, and about 30 years ago moved to Manitoulin where her Guardian and best friend Betty Melbourne lived. Betty took care of Brenda for all these years, and Brenda affectionately called Betty "Mom". Brenda had a variety of interests, including rug hooking, reading and thoroughly enjoyed travelling and shopping with Betty. Next to her best friend, Brenda loved her 2 cats, Susie and Poppit.
In keeping with Brenda's wishes, cremation will take place with burial in Kagawong Cedars Cemetery at a later date. If so desired, donations to any charity for the welfare of animals would be appreciated.
