In Loving Memory RICHARD (RICK) DOUGLAS DAGG August 8, 1973 - August 27, 2014 Richard (Rick) Douglas Dagg, 41 years died in British Columbia. Survived by his loving wife Kusuma (Gina) Thongbai, of Madeira Park, B.C.; his parents, Lynne (David Cross) of Parry Sound and Brian (Barbara) of Manitoulin Island. Dear brother of Connie (Marc); step-brother of David (Natalie) and Stephen Bulman. Loving uncle of Gillian, Benjamin and Hannah. Survived by his beloved grandmother Iris (Nanny) Dagg. Lovingly remembered by Ginny, Joan, Jim and Colleen. Rick was a gifted guitar player and will always be remembered for his soulful nature and his passion for music. His happiest and most contented times were those spent with Gina and his beloved pets, Spaghetti, Julius and Trinity. Following graduation from The University of Ottawa, Rick spent many years teaching English and Music in Thailand where he met Gina. Children bonded easily with Rick because he had a special way with them. Rick's short life was full of struggles and he fought valiantly. Rest in peace. Our memories will sustain us. Family and Friends are welcome to gather at the A. Y. Jackson Look Out (High Falls) for a Celebration of Love and Remembrance on Sunday, September 21st at 2:00 p.m., followed by a sharing of memories at the Onaping Falls Legion. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Canadian Mental Health Association or a charity of your choice (by cheque only please) would be appreciated.
