Obituary of Penny-Ann Tammy Chmielak

CHMIELAK - Penny, passed away suddenly on Wednesday June 29, 2016 in her 57th year. Survived by her daughter Kendale Wheaton of Sudbury, granddaughter Kaylee-Anne Wheaton, brothers Neil (Diane) Chmielak, Doug Chmielak, Don (Diana) Chmielak, nieces Stephanie Chmielak-Gray, Erin (Marc) Lariviere, Dana Chmielak, nephews Ryan (Tara) and Adam Chmielak as well as her special friend Al Fitzpatrick. Predeceased by her parents Joseph and Lois (Smith) Chmielak. A memorial service will be held at the SIMPSON FUNERAL HOME, Gore Bay on Thursday July 7, 2016 at 11 am. Interment at Mindemoya Cemetery.
