Obituary of JULIA MARY DOMINIC-GENEREUX

In Loving Memory JULIA MARY DOMINIC-GENEREUX June 29, 1947 - March 24, 2013 Julia Genereux (Dominic), passed away peacefully at her home at 8:50 a.m., on Sunday, March 24, 2013 at the age of 65 years. She was born at Sheshegwaning First Nation, daughter of the late Noel and Mary (Sagon) Dominic. Julia had a number of interests and hobbies including music, gardening, quilting, travelling, reading and baking and cooking, camping and shopping. She was a very generous spirit, with a great sense of humour. She was ready to give and volunteer in her community at any time. Julia will also be remembered as a loving and caring wife, mother, grandmother and friend. She especially cherished spending time with her grandchildren. Beloved wife of Don Genereux. Loving and loved mother of Lisa Hoppe, husband Dan, Emilio Tomaselli and Frank Tomaselli. Proud grandmother of Jonathan, Dieter, Dietrah, Tara, Kaitlynn, Naomi, Mia, Tala and Tyla. Dear sister of Joan Noganosh, husband David of Magnetawan First Nation, and Emily Norton, husband late Isadore of Christian Island. Predeceased by brothers Lawrence, Henry, Mike, and sister Shirley MacDonald. Will also be missed by relatives, nieces, nephews, great grandchildren and friends. Relatives and friends may call at the Sheshegwaning Community Complex after 7 p.m. on Monday. The funeral Mass to celebrate J`ulia's life will be conducted at the Complex on Wednesday, March 27, 2013 at 1:00 p.m. with Fr. Jim Kelly as celebrant. Cremation to follow.
